  • ¾ cup Sugar add another ¼ cup of sugar for added sweetness
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 4 Medium-sized Ripe Bananas smashed
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-10 inch bundt pan by greasing it thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, combine and whisk the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy, then incorporate vanilla, sugar, and softened butter until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Add the yogurt and mashed bananas to the batter, mixing thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in the chopped walnuts into the batter.
  • Transfer the finished batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
