Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9-10 inch bundt pan.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, then blend in vanilla, sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Stir in the yogurt and mashed bananas thoroughly.
Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour batter into the greased pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best flavor and moisture. Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake tender.
