  • 1.75 lbs. chicken drumsticks 6 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425ºF. In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken drumsticks in a separate bowl, drizzle with cooking oil, and sprinkle the spice mixture over them. Toss until the drumsticks are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet, ensuring there is enough space between each piece.

Baking

  • Bake for 40 minutes at 425ºF, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 175ºF. Serve the drumsticks hot.

Notes

For easier cleanup, you can line your baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Ensure drumsticks reach an internal temperature of 175ºF for food safety.
