  • In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until smooth, then beat in the eggs until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir this dry mix into the butter mixture until the dough is just combined, then chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll the chilled dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

  • Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until the edges are golden. Let them cool briefly on the sheets, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
