Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

  • 3 medium Eggs size
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar add another 1/4 cup of sugar for added sweetness
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 4 medium-sized Ripe Bananas smashed
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-10 inch bundt pan.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, then mix in vanilla, sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Incorporate the yogurt and mashed bananas into the batter, mixing thoroughly.
  • Gently fold the chopped walnuts into the batter.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes

For a more pronounced marble effect, you could divide the batter and mix cocoa powder into one portion before swirling.
